How the Cohort Works
Live Workshops: Four 2-hour sessions (Tuesdays, 9:30–11:30am PST) with Hélène. All sessions are recorded if you can't attend live or need to leave early.

What if I can't make one of the live workshops?
All sessions are recorded. You'll receive access to the replay and can still participate in your trio sessions.
How are trios assigned?
After registration closes, we'll group participants based on time zones and roles to ensure compatibility. You'll connect with your trio after the first workshop.
What if my trio can't find a time to meet?
The trio sessions are flexible and self-scheduled. We provide the structure (video + worksheet), and you coordinate timing. If scheduling becomes impossible, you can still complete the worksheets independently.
Is this only for occupational therapists?
No! This cohort is for all healthcare professionals in clinical-leadership roles: OTs, PTs, nurses, physicians, chiropractors, speech therapists, and more.
I'm not in a leadership role yet. Is this still for me?
Yes! Many participants join because they want to prepare for leadership opportunities (full-time roles, clinical lead positions, or precepting students). This cohort gives you the confidence and skills to step into those roles.
What's the cancellation policy?
