Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course materials, all sales are final once you have accessed or downloaded the content. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving any applicable cooling-off period rights in exchange for immediate digital access.
Important: Once course materials have been accessed, viewed, or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds as the digital product has been delivered.

We stand behind the quality of our training. If you have not yet accessed your course content and wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Live Training & Events
For live training sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programs:
- More than 14 days before start date: Full refund available
- 7–14 days before start date: 50% refund or transfer to a future cohort
- Less than 7 days before start date: No refund, but transfer to a future cohort may be available
